Material:Stainless steel SUS304/SUS316 (metal is on request)
Surface: Wire drawing finish
Protection grade: IP66 (based on EN60529)
Standard Configuration:
Front door, metal lock, galvanized mounting plate, body, and sealing gasket.
Thickness:
Body: 1.2mm THK if the height less than 800mm, after that it's 1.5mm THK instead.
Door: 1.2mm THK if the height less than 800mm, after that it's 1.5mm THK instead.
Galvanized Mounting Plate: 1.5mm THK if the height less than 800mm, after that it's 2mm THK instead.

Craftsmanship characteristics
1. The foam PU sealing gasket makes sure the protection grade of box reaching IP66 level.
2. The extended border of box, hinges ensure the high intensity of box system
3. The galvanized mounting plate and the high intensity installation support bars ensure the liability of installation devices (can be used as the wiring)
4. The gland plate makes the very convenience and flexibility of inlet and outlet wiring cables
5. Wire drawing finish on the surface (sand blast can be applied inside the box for the high quality)

-- Plywood pallet is available when sheet metal products are in large amount. 
--Shipping mark according to customer's request.
-- Samples can be send by courier(UPS, FEDEX, EMS,TNT, DHL),bulk production will be deliveried by sea and air.
